The L.B. Bohle tablet dispenser is a dosing system for small round and obl ong tablets (oblong tablets). The tablet dispenser with integrated scales was developed to weigh the tablets gently and accurately before packaging.

The tablets to be dosed or weighed are placed in a vertically aligned opening, which contains a dosing disc in a horizontal position. The dosing disc rotates at different speeds. At a certain speed, the tablets move to the outside of the disc and fall downwards from the disc. Due to the adjustable speed, the system is very flexible in terms of tablet weight and Throughput of the tablets.

How does the filling process work?
Filling takes place via a TC tablet container. The tablets are placed in a vertical opening with a horizontal dosing disc.
How can Throughput and Accuracy be customised?
The material flow can be adapted to different tablet weights and desired throughput rates via the adjustable rotational speed of the dosing disc, without compromising weighing accuracy.
How is the cleaning done?
For manual cleaning, the dosing disc can be removed quickly and without tools thanks to the hygienic design, bayonet lock and clamping ring.
