The BRS is used to crush powders, agglomerates and granulates. Dry or moist products can be sieved by using different sieve inserts. The BRS can be used flexiblywith the integrated travelling frame and can be positioned directly at the location of the screening process.
The entire sieving container can be conveniently adjusted in height using an electric motor, so that the sieving unit can be placed in the material flow between two containers without any additional aids and docked with a silicone membrane dust-free, for example.
The possible applications of the BRS are very flexible. The Rotation Sieve can be easily and flexibly combined with other L.B. Bohle systems.
The optional integration options in complex production lines are also diverse:
