The automated cleaning module from L.B. Bohle ensures that connected process machines are supplied with the appropriate cleaning medium in precisely defined quantities, temperatures and detergent concentrations at all times.
The cleaning station installed in the technical area prepares the medium accordingly and is regulated fully automatically via a PLC control system.
Communication between the cleaning stand and the machine takes place via ProfiNET, ensuring seamless integration into existing production systems.
Cleaning phases, recipes and protocols are managed directly in the machine control system - for maximum transparency, Traceability and efficiency throughout the entire cleaning process.

How does automatic cleaning work with the BCM cleaning stand?
The connected process machine requests the cleaning medium in the desired quantity, temperature and composition directly from the cleaning module. The BCM prepares the medium and supplies the machine automatically via a PLC-controlled ProfiNET connection.
What functions does the integrated touch panel offer?
Among other things, the touch panel enables sensor calibration, service operation, communication configuration for connected machines, parameterisation of the cleaning status and display of the current status.
Which machines is the BCM cleaning module suitable for?
The cleaning stand is specially designed for L.B. Bohle process machines and is suitable for use in non-hazardous areas. Connection to external machines is possible on request.
