Tablet Coater for the pharmaceutical industry
Film Coater - BFC Tripan
L.B. Bohle offers extensive and flexible coating applications for the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries. For more than a decade, L.B. Bohle has maintained its technological lead in this segment.
More about the highlights
The TriPan film coater is a flexible coating system and can be operated with three different sized drums. By using different drums, batch sizes from 7 to 75 litres can be achieved. The coater drums can be changed quickly and easily using a lifting device.
The computer-based InTouch visualisation system includes extensive batch management functions and a wide range of functions for creating recipes. High-pressure cleaning inside the drum also guarantees optimum cleaning of the BFC Tripan.
The BFC 50 Tripan Tablet Coater is the perfect solution for demanding film coating processes on a small scale. The machine combines state-of-the-art technology with maximum flexibility and has been specially developed for the requirements of research, development and pilot production. Thanks to the interchangeable drums, different batch sizes of 7 - 50 litres can be realised. Reliable scaling and seamless transfer of processes to larger production systems is guaranteed.
