Apprentices start their training

At the beginning of August, four apprentices started their professional careers at Ennigerloh-based mechanical engineering company L.B. Bohle Maschinen und Verfahren GmbH.
Niklas Maßmann and Robin Pieck are aiming for a journeyman's certificate as industrial mechanics in mechanical and plant engineering. Till Steinkamp will become an electronics technician specialising in industrial engineering. In addition, L.B. Bohle is training Maxim Belikow as a cutting machine operator for lathe systems.
Skilled workers of tomorrow
"Training skilled workers is a matter of course for us, especially in this day and age. The number of training contracts is declining throughout Münsterland. However, we are staying on course and continuing to train as planned," says Thorsten Wesselmann, Managing Director Technology, emphasising the importance of training. "As a company that is firmly rooted in Ennigerloh, we are very happy to fulfil our mission as a training provider. After all, today's trainees are our skilled workers of tomorrow," continues Wesselmann.

Development opportunities after the apprenticeship
"During the training period, the apprentices get to know our machines and processes as well as all workflows in depth. It therefore makes sense for us to retain this expertise and skilled labour potential after the apprenticeship," says Klaus Emmerlich, Coordinator of Industrial-Technical Training, outlining the apprentices' prospects. After successful completion of the apprenticeship, L.B. Bohle offers a future-proof job as well as extensive training and development opportunities, such as a practice-integrated degree programme. L.B. Bohle will continue to train industrial mechanics, electronics technicians and cutting machine operators in 2021. Applications are now being accepted.
