Every three years in spring, L.B. Bohle's global sales team meets for a two-day workshop in Ennigerloh. The process engineers from the Service Centre and Technology Centre as well as the area sales managers informed the more than 60 participants about the latest innovations and technical developments.
"In the past three years in particular, we have introduced many new products and features. From the continuous QbCon® technology and the Twin-Screw Granulator BCG to the new Lifting Columns HS 1000 SL and the monitoring app b.sure®," says Managing Director Tim Remmert, listing the innovations. "For this reason, it is essential that our representatives are brought up to date with the latest knowledge about our technologies," says Remmert, explaining the importance of the representatives' meeting.

Tight programme in theory and practice

The two-day meeting centred on demonstrations and presentations on the extensive product range for batch and continuous processes. "We have high-tech products that require explanation. Our representatives need to understand the technology so that they can communicate its USP," continues Tim Remmert. "In addition, the mutual exchange of experience between the representatives is always particularly important." Sales growth through a larger network.

In the course of globalisation and the worldwide integration of economic and production processes, L.B. Bohle's global network of representatives has also grown. Customers can now find competent contacts on all continents who provide information about the product portfolio and support during the project phase.

"I can still remember the first few years when we welcomed ten representatives here. Now there are over 60!" says Advisory Board Chairman Lorenz Bohle, looking back on the company's development with pride. "This is a clear sign that we have developed from a special machine manufacturer in a niche market to a globally recognised brand as a supplier for the largest companies in the pharmaceutical industry."
