Silver for L.B. Bohle at EcoVadis

This prestigious award recognises L.B. Bohle's commitment to Sustainability and Social Responsibility and confirms the company's outstanding performance in these areas. The EcoVadis scorecard, which includes a comprehensive assessment in the areas of environment, ethics, labour and human rights as well as sustainable procurement, was published in late summer.

Top ranking rewards sustainable behaviour

EcoVadis is one of the world's leading platforms for the assessment of corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices. The assessment takes into account various criteria, including the reduction of the environmental footprint, fair working conditions, ethical business behaviour and sustainable supply chains. Companies that perform particularly well in these areas receive the coveted awards, which are recognised worldwide and play a particularly important role in supplier evaluation in the pharmaceutical industry.

For L.B. Bohle, the silver medal not only recognises its commitment to date, but is also an incentive to continue investing in sustainable practices. "This award reflects the company's philosophy of promoting technological innovation as well as environmentally friendly and socially responsible business practices," Remmert states.
