Start of training at L.B. Bohle - technology company welcomes eight trainees

Well-trained specialists are the key to long-term success. On 1 August, the management and training coordinators at L.B. Bohle welcomed the new trainees to the start of their professional future.

"Training is a top priority at L.B. Bohle," says Thorsten Wesselmann, Managing Director Technology. "We provide comprehensive training in various areas and do not focus exclusively on industrial and technical training," explains Wesselmann.

Three training courses this year
Since 1 August 2023, L.B. Bohle has been training IT specialists in the field of digital networking. Electronics technicians for industrial engineering and industrial mechanics are also starting their careers at the Ennigerloh-based expert for pharmaceutical machinery.

"Training skilled workers is important to us and goes without saying. We continue to provide scheduled and comprehensive training with the aim of taking on trainees once they have successfully completed their training," says Wesselmann, emphasising the importance of training. "As a company that is firmly rooted in Ennigerloh and now has 300 employees, we are very happy to fulfil our mission as a training provider. After all, today's trainees are our skilled workers of tomorrow," Wesselmann continues.

Prospects after successful training
Every year, the Ennigerloh-based company - whose machines are used worldwide in the pharmaceutical industry - trains young people and offers apprentices prospects in the growing company once they have successfully completed their training.

"During the training period, they get to know the company, the machines and processes as well as all workflows in depth. It therefore makes sense for us to retain this expertise and skilled labour potential after the apprenticeship," says Klaus Emmerlich, Coordinator of Industrial-Technical Training, explaining the apprentices' prospects. After successful initial training, L.B. Bohle offers a future-proof job as well as extensive further training and development opportunities, such as a practice-integrated degree programme.
